Solstice Breathwork

This is an invitation for you to go deep into the innocence of your heart.  This is a time for you to connect to the light that will guide you through the next few months of stillness. My intesion is for you to experience the healing mechanism of your own breath and that this takes you to a journey wihtin where you can have the brakethroughs your being is radey to face.  This is a safe space with a trained facilitator where you can give youerself permission to feel.  

We will have the support of Cacao and Roses as they are wonderful allies for heart work.
